Refund & Return Policy

Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Pre-Owned Luxury Items

All pre-owned luxury items are sold as used, previously owned items. Due to the unique and pre-owned nature of these items, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for condition, wear, sizing, odor, color variation, or buyer’s remorse.

The only exception to this policy is in the rare event that an item is found to be inauthentic after purchase.

If an item is believed to be inauthentic, the buyer must provide verification from a credible third-party authenticator within 14 days of documented delivery or direct pick-up. Delivery is confirmed by the shipping carrier’s recorded delivery date.

Upon confirmed proof of inauthenticity, the buyer is eligible for either:

  • a 100% refund, or
  • full store credit

provided the item is returned to Beans For Luxury in the same condition as originally shipped, subject to verification upon receipt.

In the event of a verified authenticity issue, Beans For Luxury will provide a prepaid return shipping label at our expense.

We are committed to the integrity and authenticity of every luxury item we sell and stand behind the authenticity of our inventory.


Boutique Collection / New Items

Boutique Collection items are sold as brand-new items unless otherwise stated in the product description.

Returns or exchanges for Boutique Collection items may be accepted within 7 days of documented delivery, subject to approval by Beans For Luxury.

To qualify for a return or exchange:

  • the item must be unused and unworn
  • tags must remain attached (if applicable)
  • the item must be returned in original condition
  • the item must be free of odors, stains, damage, or signs of use

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.

Approved returns may be issued as:

  • store credit, or
  • exchange only

depending on the circumstances of the return.

Certain Boutique Collection items may be marked as Final Sale and will not qualify for return or exchange.


Sourced Items

All sourced item deposits are non-refundable.

For specialty sourced items requested by a buyer, a 20% non-refundable deposit is required before Beans For Luxury secures the item.

The agreed purchase price includes sourcing, authentication, and shipping costs.

Final payment is due once the item arrives at Beans For Luxury and the buyer is notified. Beans For Luxury will inspect the item upon arrival to ensure it matches the promised condition represented during sourcing.

If Beans For Luxury is unable to successfully obtain the agreed-upon sourced item, the buyer’s deposit will be refunded within 10 business days of notification of the sourcing issue.

All sourced items are considered final sale once purchased.
