Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase. As all items are pre-owned and sold as used items. Due to the nature of pre-owned luxury items, all sales are considered final. However, we stand behind the authenticity of every item we sell.

The only exception to this policy is in the rare event that an item is found to be inauthentic after purchase. In such cases, we will honor a full refund upon verified proof of non-authenticity. 

If an item is found to be inauthentic, the buyer must provide verification from a credible third-party authenticator within 14 days of documented delivery or direct pick-up. Delivery is confirmed by the shipping carrier’s recorded delivery date.

Upon confirmation of inauthenticity, the buyer is eligible for a 100% refund or full store credit, provided the item is returned to Beans For Luxury. The returned item must be the same as originally shipped, subject to verification upon receipt. The buyer will be provided a pre-paid shipping label for return of the item, paid by Beans For Luxury.
