Custom Sourcing & Special Orders

At Beans For Luxury, we offer personalized sourcing services to help clients locate specific luxury handbags and accessories upon request.

Deposit Requirement

A non-refundable deposit of 20% of the agreed final purchase price is required before sourcing begins. This deposit secures the request and confirms the client’s commitment to purchase.

Pricing

The total purchase price will be clearly communicated and agreed upon prior to sourcing. This price includes:

• Cost of the item

• Authentication services

• Shipping expenses

The 20% deposit will be applied toward the final purchase price.

Sourcing Process

Once a request is approved:

• Photos and item details will be provided for client review and approval

• Upon approval, Beans For Luxury will proceed with acquisition of the item

Final Sale Policy

All sourced items are considered final sale once approved and secured.

Due to the nature of sourcing specific items, returns, cancellations, or exchanges are not accepted after approval.

Non-Refundable Deposit

The 20% deposit is non-refundable if the client chooses not to proceed after approving the item for purchase.

Unavailable Item Clause

If Beans For Luxury is unable to obtain the agreed-upon item after approval:

• The full 20% deposit will be refunded within 10 business days of notifying the buyer

Final Payment & Inspection

The remaining balance is due once the item has arrived at Beans For Luxury and the buyer has been notified.

Upon receipt, Beans For Luxury will:

• Inspect the item to ensure it matches the agreed-upon condition

• Confirm authenticity and overall quality prior to delivery

Agreement

By submitting a deposit, the buyer acknowledges and agrees to the terms outlined in this policy.
