If a customer believes an item purchased from Beans For Luxury LLC is not authentic, we will review the concern promptly.

To initiate an authenticity claim:

• Written documentation must be provided from a recognized third-party authentication service.
• The claim must be submitted within 14 days of documented delivery or in-person pickup.
• The item must be returned in the same condition in which it was received.

If an item is determined to be inauthentic through the review process, Beans For Luxury will issue a full refund in accordance with our return and refund policies.
