Consignment Agreement Policy

Effective August 26th, 2026

By consigning with Beans For Luxury LLC, you agree to the terms below.

1. Ownership & Acceptance

All consigned items remain your property until sold. Each item is evaluated and authenticated before listing. Beans For Luxury reserves the right to accept or reject any item.

2. Consignment Period

The consignment period is 365 days from acceptance. Unsold items may be returned, re-listed, or donated after this period if we are unable to contact you.

3. Pricing & Discounts

Prices are established based on current market value and resale trends. Beans For Luxury reserves the right to determine the listing price and may apply discounts of up to 20% to help facilitate a sale. Additional discounts will only be applied with the consignor's approval.

4. Commission & Payments

Commission is based on the final selling price of the item:

15% on items selling for $2,000 and above
20% on items selling for $750 to $1,999
25% on items selling for under $750

A minimum commission of $75 applies to all consignment sales.

Our commission includes professional photography, marketing, customer service, authentication coordination for qualifying items, and insured shipping to the buyer.

Consignor payments are issued within 5 business days after the completed sale. Layaway payouts are made once the buyer has completed all payments.

5. Risk of Loss

Beans For Luxury assumes responsibility for your item once it is in our possession. If an item is lost, stolen, or damaged while in our care, you will receive your normal proceeds as if the item had sold at the agreed listing price, less the applicable commission.

6. Authenticity

All consigned items must be authentic. By consigning, you affirm lawful ownership and the authenticity of each item. Any item determined to be counterfeit or materially misrepresented will be rejected and returned.

7. Shipping

Consignors are responsible for shipping items to Beans For Luxury unless otherwise agreed. As a convenience, a prepaid shipping label may be provided, with the shipping cost deducted from the consignor's proceeds after the item sells.
