Consignment Agreement Policy

By consigning with Beans For Luxury LLC, you agree to the terms below.

1. Ownership & Acceptance
All consigned items remain your property until sold. Each item is evaluated and authenticated before listing. Beans For Luxury reserves the right to accept or reject any item.

2. Consignment Period
The consignment period is 365 days from acceptance. Unsold items may be returned, re-listed, or donated after this period if we cannot contact you.

3. Pricing & Discounts
Prices are set based on market value at our discretion. A standard discount of up to 20% may be applied to help promote sales.

4. Commission & Payments
You receive 85% of the final sale price (15% commission retained by Beans For Luxury). Payments are made within 5 business days after an item sells. Layaway payouts occur once the buyer has completed payment.

5. Risk of Loss
Beans For Luxury assumes responsibility for your item once it’s in our possession. If lost, stolen, or damaged while in our care, you will receive your normal commission as if sold.

6. Authenticity
All items must be authentic. You affirm lawful ownership and authenticity of each item. Any counterfeit or misrepresented goods will be rejected or returned.

7. Termination
You may withdraw items at any time (if unsold) by written request. We’ll return your property at no cost.
