Are your items authentic?
Yes. All items sold at Beans for Luxury are 100% authentic. Each piece is carefully inspected and reviewed before being listed. We do not sell counterfeit or replica items.

Are you affiliated with the brands you sell?
No. Beans for Luxury is an independent reseller of pre-owned luxury goods and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or associated with any of the brands featured on this website.

What condition are the items in?
All items are pre-owned and sold “as is.” They may show signs of wear. We provide detailed descriptions and photos to accurately represent each item’s condition so you know exactly what to expect.

Do you accept returns or refunds?
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges due to the pre-owned nature of our items.

The only exception is if an item is proven to be inauthentic. In such cases, we will honor a full refund or store credit.

To qualify, the buyer must provide verification from a credible third-party authenticator within 7 days of confirmed delivery (based on the shipping carrier’s delivery date) or pick-up. The item must be returned in the same condition as originally shipped and will be verified upon receipt.

How long does shipping take?
We offer free shipping on all U.S. orders via UPS or USPS. Orders are processed and shipped within 5 business days of purchase.
